This item was absolutely beautiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the bench arrived with a huge crack and with the holidays and everything going on, I wasn't in the mood to return it due to its large size and the hassle it would entail to repackage and reship it. I instead contacted the shop owner/representative, who was immediately responsive, and she adjusted the price in a fair way. It is a testament to how lovely the piece of wood is that we would be willing to keep it even though it is cracked. I may, some point, fill the crack with wood filler but for now, I like the way it looks.
